Press Release - Panacea Joins Regional Framework
Panacea Children Services Approved as Provider on Lancashire and Northwest Frameworks

Wigan, UK - 6th June 2025 - Panacea Children Services is delighted to announce its official appointment as a registered provider on both the Lancashire and Northwest regional frameworks. This milestone reinforces the organisation’s dedication to delivering high-quality, therapeutic care to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).

The appointment under the Placements North West Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) allows local authorities to efficiently access a pool of pre-qualified providers, ensuring flexibility, quality, and value in placement decisions. The DPS fosters fair competition and greater opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), aligning closely with Panacea’s mission to provide child-centred, specialist care.

As part of its ongoing growth strategy, Panacea Children Services will launch nine new dual-placement children’s homes across the region over the next three years. These homes will be purpose-built to meet the complex needs of children requiring intensive therapeutic support, significantly increasing the organisation’s ability to support vulnerable young people.

“We are honoured to be recognised as a trusted provider on these critical frameworks,” said Liz Hiley, Director of Panacea Children Services. “This designation represents an important step forward in our journey to expand our services and provide the highest standard of care to children who need it most.”
